Classification of interlinings

1. Black carbon lining is made of cotton, chemical fiber, cashmere, pure or blended fabric as tube yarn. It has natural ductility, hardness and weft drapability. It is mainly used for suits and long coats.

4. The adhesive lining is made by coating the hot-soluble rubber powder on the needle punched non-woven fabric, which can achieve the effect of clothing modeling design and shape preservation. It has the advantages of good washability and no deformation after several times of cleaning. It is mostly used for clothing, shoes and hats, ornaments, etc.

Bonding principle of adhesive lining

The key to the adhesion of the adhesive lining is the thermosetting property of the thermosol. At room temperature, the thermal sol is "glassy"; with the increase of temperature, the thermal sol becomes more and more soft and malleable, showing "elastic cotton"; when the temperature is raised to the melting temperature again, the thermal sol melts and has fluidity, showing "viscous flow". All three cases are reversible.

Comments on the quality of interlining

External quality: needle punched non-woven fabric has good symmetry, good elasticity, good touch, no wrinkles, uniform width, viscose all over, symmetrical and effective, no leakage, no powder drop, moderate dispensing amount, etc.

Essential quality: the interlining has low thermal shrinkage and shrinkage, high color fastness, no blistering and deformation after cleaning.
